Joyce L. Patterson of Monmouth, Illinois passed away at her residence at 125 North 9th Street on August 23, 2021. She is the daughter of Clarence P. and Beulah H. Brown Patterson and was born on February 28, 1945 in Monmouth, Illinois. Joyce was an Administrative Assistant for the Chamber of Commerce in Frankfort, Illinois. Since her retirement she has been involved with Monmouth Rotary Club, been the secretary of Pi Beta Phi Alumni Association, a member of PEO, been a member of Faith Church and it's choir, a member of Buchanan Chorus. At her request, no service announcements or arrangements are being planned
